Shipping & Delivery

Free Shipping! - All U.S. orders over $39.99 are eligible for free ground shipping. Some items are subject to freight due to their weight and/or dimensions. We always aim to be as competitive as possible on shipping and keep these charges to an absolute minimum at all times.


Most eligible items will ship UPS ground, some items may ship USPS.


Shipping Address - We prefer to ship only to the billing address of your credit card or payment method. Credit Card fraud has sadly become very common place and we have this policy in place to protect both you; our customer, and ourselves. All orders are shipped fully Insured and may required signature for delivery. We understand that it is not always convenient to be available to receive a package at home. If you must have an order sent to a different address please contact us and we may be able to make an exception. This will require you to contact your credit card or issuing bank and let them know that you need to add an alternate shipping address to your account. It is a little bit of a pain, however the banks are very used to it and they should be happy to help.


Exceptions and Delays - APO, FPO, and PO Boxes cannot be delivered via UPS so there may be a delay in shipping to accommodate extra verification and will be shipped through USPS.


Drop-Shipped and Back-Ordered Products - We make every attempt to ship an item within the quoted shipping times, however sometimes shipment delays are beyond our control. As long as your purchase is not a special order, you may cancel at any time prior to the shipment of your product. Once your purchase ships any cancellations are subject to applicable shipping charges and a 20% re-stock fee. If your item was a special order, they are completely non-refundable. 


Returns & Replacements

Returns - If you are not satisfied, neither are we! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it in the same condition in which it was received, with "all original packaging" includes power supplies, cables, owners manuals, packaging materials, etc. for a full refund (excluding shipping charges). Return arrangements must be made within 48 hours or receipt. Please be sure to pack the unit in the manner in which it was sent to you and insure the box for the purchase price. Books, videos, microphones and harmonicas (due to health regulations) are exempt from the return policy.

Defective Merchandise - Rarely does a piece of defective merchandise leave Alpha en route to a customer, but occasionally it may get damaged along the way. Should your package arrive and the contents be found to be defective, Please contact us immediately for return/replacement arrangements. 

Damaged Shipments - We do our best to package all items carefully, but occasionally some damage occurs in transit. We fully insure all shipments. In the event of obvious damage upon receipt, refuse the shipment. If damage is concealed, contact the local office of the shipping agent and request an inspection. Alpha Music cannot file claims on any packages until they have been inspected. The package can then be returned to us and we will ship another piece of merchandise to you.

Order Processing - Most orders placed before 3:00 pm Eastern will ship the same day. All orders are subject to 24 hour verification period. We are very good at this, and can normally verify everything within a matter of minutes. This is simply another step to ensure that you are as safe as possible from identity theft and credit card fraud. Any order placed after 3:00pm should ship out on the following business day following verification.

To help us get your gear to you as fast as possible please confirm that the billing address and phone number you give us matches the information on file with your issuing bank.
